TERMS & CONDITIONS

We deeply value our client experience. To ensure we have the capacity to provide exceptional service and a happy salon visit, we have a few guidelines to ensure we can operate effectively as a business.

These terms and conditions regulate the business relationship between you and us. By using Our Website in any way, or by buying from us, you agree to be bound by them.

DEPOSITS FOR APPOINTMENTS

All clients are required to pay a non-refundable booking fee to secure their appointment for any service over 15 minutes. This is to ensure serious interest and to prevent no-shows. The booking fee is deducted from the service at the time of treatment.

ONLINE PAYMENTS

We may require to sight your ID or physical CC upon your arrival to reduce fraudulent transactions and scams. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you. Alternatively, you can pay in CASH.

CREDIT CARD FEES

We pass on a 2.2% credit card fee to clients.

SELECTING AN ARTIST

Be sure to select the correct artist when booking your touch-up, mistakes will result in honouring the incorrect artist a call-out fee of $100.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

Cancellation for any reason, including circumstances related to Covid, within 72 hours of the booking will result in the forfeiture of the booking fee.

To reschedule an existing booking, please use the link provided in your confirmation email or call the salon, ensuring that you provide a minimum of 72 hours notice.

Due to the significant impact on our schedule caused by last-minute changes, cancellations, and reschedules made within 72 hours will result in the loss of the booking fee, pre-paid service, voucher, or promotion. We appreciate your understanding and consideration for our artists' time.

In the event that OMB needs to reschedule your appointment due to staff illness or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, your booking fee will remain unaffected. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

ARRIVING LATE FOR AN APPOINTMENT

Arriving late will unfortunately limit the time allocated for your treatment; it will lessen the effectiveness and importantly your enjoyment. Depending on the treatment – it may need to be rescheduled and a new booking fee will be taken. Please plan your route to allow for enough travel time.

CHILDREN

It is the law that children cannot attend appointments with you - We are a tattoo parlour and our clientelle must be 18+.

GIFT CARDS

A maximum of $200 can be charged to a gift card. Additional Top-Ups will be refunded. One gift card can be allocated to a client at any given time. Only one gift card can be claimed per calendar year. We hold the right to refuse gift cards if we suspect any fraudulent activity. ID may be required to reduce cyber fraud and scams. Not redeemable for cash.
