To ensure your comfort levels are maintained, it is recommended you use our high-strength topical anaesthetic. We cannot apply it unless you have been given approval by a medical practitioner first. Below are the details for the approval process.

A script with your name will be emailed to us
We can now use our high-strength topical anaesthetic on you.
Your script is valid for any treatment within 12 months of issue.
Do Not Bring or Use Your Own Numbing Cream!
Do not apply your own numbing cream or bring any other over-the-counter products for us to use. These products are not strong enough nor are they suitable for broken skin.
You Cannot Share Numbing With Another Person!
By law, we cannot apply anaesthetic unless it has been prescribed to “YOU”, much like other medication. You cannot share a script with another person. It is our responsibility to work in line with SA health regulations.
What Are The Benefits Of Our Compounded Numbing Gel?
Our product will begin to work within 1 minute of application and are very strong. Creams purchased over the counter can take up to 45 minutes and are not strong enough for the procedure we perform.
