Why Remove When I Can Go Over The Top?

Starting with the cleanest canvas possible doesn’t only benefit you, but also your tattoo artist. Fading your old tattoo might cost a little more and it will take a little longer, but it allows for many more options when it comes to your new tattoo.

Some reasons why tattoo removal may be the best option:

  • The current brow shape is asymmetrical.
The artist will not be able to create a new brow in a different position.

  • The current brow is too dark.
Try adding colour to a black piece of paper. The skin is full and will not take any more ink.

  • The current brow is blotchy.
Adding a new delicate pattern will only add to the busy mess.

  • The front of the brow has become a heavy block shape.
A soft gradient is no longer obtainable. Adding to this will look too harsh and unnatural.

  • The quality of work is very bad.
Why pay a top-tier artist to “fix” a bad brow that is not theirs when you have paid them for a higher-quality finish?

  • The brow is red.
You will forever be paying top dollar to colour-correct these with further tattoo. It is more cost-effective and not to mention faster to fix it with laser toning.

If you wish to have a cover-up, you will need to send a photo of your brows to ensure we are able to work with them. Remember a bad tattoo (with additional ink) will still be a bad tattoo.
